How come the people working at Home Depot don't seem to know as much as they used to? In the past, the employees at Home Depot were pretty much experts in their department. Now you might as well be shopping at K-Mart.
Yeah, there are still some that have a good knowledge of their department, but nothing like when they first opened the doors.
And customer service. Just like about everywhere else. Very poor. Why do we put up with it?
